The major mistake we make when our day starts, we check our mobile notifications which drag us to a very narrow and negative world, where we compare our lives with others, hear negative news, and most importantly spend our countless time on social media scrolling.

Rather than wasting our time on social media scrolling, the first thing we must do is practice silence, we must do meditation or prayer at least for the first 10 minutes of the day. It will make you relax for the day.
